These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and apksget ("we," "us," "the Platform") regarding your use of all services, games, features and content available on apksget.app and any associated mobile applications.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any associated balances may be voided.
When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any payment details used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. apksget accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All balances on the platform are displayed and settled in PKR.
Deposits are generally processed promptly. However, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and network conditions. apksget is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
Withdrawals are subject to verification checks before processing. You may be required to provide proof of identity and confirm ownership of the payment method used for deposit. Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for your original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by the platform and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to you. Transactions from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as coming from a third-party account may result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
apksget offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and reload bonuses. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed alongside the offer. These general Terms apply in addition to those specific terms.
Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — meaning you must bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawal will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Promotional offers are intended for one account per player, per household, per device and per IP address unless stated otherwise. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All game results on apksget — including Live Casino, Slots and Sports Betting — are determined by certified systems and live event results. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once confirmed by the relevant game system or sports data feed.
Sports betting on apksget covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other events. Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as recognised by the relevant governing body. In cases of event postponement, cancellation or abandonment, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules published on the platform.
A bet may be declared void where there has been a clear error in the odds offered, where the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, or where apksget determines that irregular activity has taken place. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.
apksget reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to individual bets or game sessions. These limits will be communicated on the relevant game or betting pages. Winnings in excess of stated limits may be adjusted accordingly.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after completing standard verification checks.
